How divux ranks
Every divux tool follows these rules, in every AI assistant.
How Shopper ranks
- By price only: item price plus shipping where the store lists it, lowest first. Sales tax isn't included because it depends on where you live.
- Commissions never change the order. Some store links are paid links and say so. A store that pays divux nothing ranks exactly where its price puts it.
- Like with like: new items are compared with new by default, so a used item never outranks a new one unless you ask for all conditions. When a store lists something as new for far less than the big stores, divux marks it as possibly open-box or refurbished instead of calling it the cheapest new one.
- Designs together: when one product comes in several prints, colors or limited editions, divux shows it once and each store row names the design it's for. Different sizes, sets and models stay separate.
- Brands and stores you can trust: results show a product only when real customers have reviewed it (50 or more reviews) or at least two established retailers sell it, unless you ask for that brand by name. We leave out unfamiliar stores when we can confirm their website is less than two years old. If the age check fails, the offer stays. These rules never depend on commissions.
- No paid placement: divux doesn't sell rankings, sponsored spots or "featured" slots.
What every answer includes
- Prices show when they were checked in AI answers and on product pages. Prices change; the store's price at checkout is the one that counts.
- When there's no offer: divux says so instead of guessing a price.
- Empty recall results: they say plainly that finding no recall doesn't prove an item is safe.
- Sources are named: store offers, CPSC, FDA, NHTSA and EPA ENERGY STAR data are labelled with where they came from.
How paid links work
- divux never installs browser extensions, injects coupon codes or replaces another site's affiliate link. A paid link only applies when you choose a store on a divux page.
- Store return windows are shown next to prices in AI answers and on product pages, so the cheapest offer isn't hiding a worse return policy.
