Terms of Use

These terms cover divux.si and the divux tools that AI assistants call.

What divux is

divux provides information: store prices, official recall notices and ENERGY STAR data. It does not sell products, check out or place orders. Stores set their own prices, stock and return policies; the store's terms at checkout apply.

Accuracy

We show data as published by stores and government sources, with the time it was checked. Prices and stock change, and data can be incomplete or wrong. An empty recall result is not proof that something is safe. divux is not medical, legal, tax or financial advice; check the official notice or a professional before acting.

Paid links

Some store links are paid links: divux may earn a commission if you buy. Commissions never change the order of results, which are ranked by price (plus shipping when the store lists it).

Accounts

Accounts are optional, and you must be at least 13 to create one. Keep access to your email or Google account secure. You can delete your account at any time.

Using divux fairly

divux and its AI connector are for personal use. Don't scrape divux, resell its data, use it to build a competing database, or try to get around its limits. We may limit or suspend access that breaks these terms or harms the service.

Other sites and brands

Store links are provided for convenience; stores and other sites are run by others, and we aren't responsible for their content, products, prices or purchases you make there. Product names, images and brands belong to their owners; showing them doesn't mean they endorse divux.

Liability

divux is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, losses from relying on the information shown, or purchases made at stores, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version.
