Privacy Policy
divux works without an account. This page says what we collect when you use it, and why.
Using divux without an account
- Tool requests from your AI assistant. We receive the words your AI sends and return the answer. We don't ask for your chat history or memory, or use tool requests to train AI models. A shared cache keeps product search words to reuse results. Searches aren't linked to accounts. We clear them hourly once they are a week old; cleanup delays can keep them longer. Don't include personal details in searches. Recently searched products may appear on Shopper.
- Build plans. When your AI uses Builder, we store the plan it sends (project name, pieces, sizes and its price estimates) so the plan's link works. Plans aren't linked to accounts, anyone with the link can open it, and we delete them after 180 days. Don't put personal details in a project name.
- Problem reports. If you report wrong info on an offer, we keep the offer, the reason and the time, not who reported it.
- Store clicks. When you choose a store on a product page, we record which product, offer and store were clicked, and when. We don't record who clicked.
- Hosting logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service. To stop abuse, divux keeps temporary request counts per IP address over a minute at a time.
- Leaving for a store. When you click a store link, Channel3 (our price partner) and the store receive that request, including your IP address, and handle it under their own privacy policies.
If you create an account
- Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. With Google sign-in we also store the sign-in tokens Google issues; we only ask Google for your basic profile and email.
- Sign-in codes: we email a one-time code and record requests for your address. Sign-in abuse records also contain IP addresses. We clear these records hourly once they are a day old, usually within 25 hours. Cleanup delays can keep them longer.
- Sessions: a sign-in cookie keeps you signed in. Each session stores your IP address and browser type, and expires after inactivity.
- Saved products: the products you save, so you can see them again from any device.
Cookies
divux sets cookies only for signing in (the session cookie, and a short-lived security cookie during Google sign-in) and, while the site is in preview, an access cookie after you enter the preview code. Your light or dark theme choice is saved only in your own browser. We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Stores and affiliate networks may set their own cookies after you leave divux through a paid link.
Browser "Do Not Track" signals don't change how divux works, because divux doesn't track you across other sites in the first place.
Who we share data with
We don't sell personal data. Cloudflare hosts divux, stores its data and sends sign-in emails. Google is used only if you choose Google sign-in. For prices, Channel3 receives the search words or product ID without your account details attached. Store links use Channel3's tracking so the store can credit the sale. Government sources receive recall and ENERGY STAR search words. For Trip, MET Norway receives the coordinates of the place being visited (not your location) to return a forecast; travel advice, disaster alerts and exchange rates come from public feeds that receive nothing about you.
Your choices
You can delete your account at any time from your account page; that deletes your account, sessions and saved products. Account data is kept until you delete it. For other requests, such as a copy of your data or a correction, email support@divux.si. We answer within 45 days.
We don't sell or share personal information, including as "sell" and "share" are defined under California law, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
Children
divux isn't directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 to create an account. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email support@divux.si and we'll delete it.
Where data is processed
divux runs on Cloudflare's global network, so requests may be processed in the United States and other countries.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date below; for significant changes we'll also say so on the site.
